Superheroine JENNIFER GARNER is talking about Doritos, daredevils, kissing BEN AFFLECK and more -- as she sits down with buyMAGAZINE for its July issue!
Jen's first big-screen action gig in 'Daredevil' (on DVD July 29th) required her to get in super shape, and kiss co-star Ben. It was a tough job, but Jennifer was up for it!
She described the difference between kissing him and smooching with LEO DiCAPRIO in 'Catch Me If You Can.' "I laughed a lot more doing the love scene with Ben Affleck, but that's because I knew him much better," she tells buy. "I was impressed by what a skilled, subtle and deft actor Leo is -- Ben and I just laughed our way through the love scene. We thought it was a hoot."
The "Alias" glamour gal also revealed that while she was in shape from her action TV series, she still trained hard to get into form to play Electra in 'Daredevil.' "I got into running and I got into yoga for a while," she says. "When I got 'Alias,' I was way into Pilates and going several times a week -- also running, so I was in very good physical condition when I got the job. I had some help from my trainer to tone everything up!"
If Jennifer could possess any superpower, she revealed it would be a super metabolism! "I just love food so much. I love all the bad foods. I really love Doritos, for example, and Doritos are not part of the Sydney Bristow (her character in "Alias") plan, so if I could have a superpower, I'd like one of those metabolisms where you can eat anything you want." Wouldn't we all!
As for future movie endeavors, Jennifer revealed that the cast of 'Daredevil' was committed to coming back yet again -- and there is much more "Alias" to come as well!
